A Letter from Your Body Fat
Posted by: | CommentsHere is a letter from your friend, body fat. This summer was great, wasnt it? Good times, good food, and kicking back eating quite a bit.
I was thinking about hanging around another great year or longer if you dont mind. Also I was thinking of expanding my place so youre going to need to get some larger pants though again.
I was hoping that you could do something for me and dont do the interval exercise again. Last time I thought I would have to relocate but all that BBQ saved me. Did you hear me screaming “help me Im melting!” like the wicked witch of the west!
Instead of all of that you should go with slow cardio stuff. I will get a little sweaty, But the brain up top thinks it is getting a real fat melting workout, but it does not get me off you.
Oh and keep listening to those experts who say strength training doesnt melt body fat. But research says that they are wrong, if you did strength training to your exercise you would have to say goodbye to me.
Last time you did one of those super set workouts it was like there was a forest fire under by butt. I was burning up down here!
I sure was excited when you gave that mess up and went back to lifting food and not dumbbells. Good thing you did because we would not have had such a good time together this summer.
Sometimes I think what you did in college without me, your jiggle jelly fat? Then you must have been a person who could not wait to go and show off your beach body, but not anymore.
So keep those cover up clothes on and stay in the shade, thats the way to do it now. Besides the shade is closer to the cold beer and the BBQ when we could be down where all the fun is on the beach.
It was nice catching up with you! Just remember to stay away from that Turbulence Training workout routine and Im sure we will be in touch a lot more of the time like usual.
I dont think a frying pan could fry as much belly fat as the Turbulence Training workout program. I start to tear up every time I start thinking about it.
So remember, to not use that Turbulence Training so do that for me if you want another great year or longer with me.
